This piece is in the shape of a horse shoe, it has a silver top to the ring with an oval bezel set sapphire in the centre. It also has diamonds around the horse shoe shape and split shoulders.
It weighs a total of 4.0g and is currently a size ‘M 1/2’ but can be altered.
